We raise our calves in Lindenau, Texas, which is 8 miles West of Cuero and 80 miles East of San Antonio.

LT Beef will pick up the beef, packaged, frozen and ready for your freezer, from Poth, Texas, and deliver it to an agreed-upon pick-up site in San Antonio or Cuero or points in between. As noted on our Beef for Sale page, you can arrange to pick up the frozen beef in Poth, Texas, at Wiatriks Processing Plant, telephone (830) 484-2888. There will be free delivery. There will be free delivery to San Antonio and Cuero once a week, and free delivery Austin once every two weeks.
We can deliver to outside these areas, but we will have to charge by the mile. We encourage Co-op participation and will make free deliveries to
Houston and other areas if the order is large enough."

Your beef will need to be put directly into your freezer or, if it is not being delivered to
your home, into one or more ice chests and will need to be put into a freezer
within 2 - 3 hours.
